An initiative of the Guerrand-Hermès Foundation for Peace, Arigatou International, KAICIID International Dialogue Centre, the Muslim Council of Elders, the UNESCO Regional Office for Eastern Africa and the UNESCO New Delhi Cluster Office, with the support of the national commissions of participating countries.

The collaboration was initiated as a follow-up to the Global Education Symposium held in November 2021. The purpose of the collaboration is to co-design and implement a fellowship program to build collaboration and capacity among educators and within formal education institutions, with the aim of strengthening and further develop sustainable delivery of Ethics Education programmes in the participating countries of the Seychelles, Indonesia, Nepal, Kenya, Mauritius and Indonesia. 

The Ethics Education Fellowship Project began in October 2022 and the initial pilot will run until December 2023.

This website, ethics-education.org is published by the Global Humanity for Peace Institute at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

The Institute provides research and resources in support of the Guerrand-Hermès Foundation for Peace in undertaking an evaluation of the project pilot and accordingly this report will be published here in December 2023.
